Online strategy management

As a content and brand strategic intern for Intertraffic, I led a 10-month project to improve the organisation's off-event LinkedIn engagement. I conducted audience segmentation using K-means cluster analysis, created user personas, and developed a tailored content plan with SMART goals, competitive insights, and new content pillars. This strategy was presented to stakeholders and partially implemented to guide Intertraffic's future online brand presence.

During my internship, I also managed the Intertraffic social media channels and website.
